Indoor cycling seems hard! Will I be able to hang?
Yes and yes ;-) Our ride at Ignite is going to challenge you, BUT you are in complete control of your ride. You control your resistance and decide what feels right for your body. You don't have to worry about your instructor calling you out or standing in front of your bike screaming at you to turn it up. We are a community of people here to support one another - you can expect that from your instructor, our staff, and all those on the bikes around you.
What should I wear?
A t-shirt or tank with form-fitting shorts or pants. Bring socks as well - we have free bike shoes for you so that you can clip into the bike.
What should I expect when I get to the studio?
We recommend you get to the studio at least 15 minutes before class begins. When you arrive, our front desk staff will check you in and you'll initial on a map of our bike room to secure your bike.
When you get into the bike room, our staff or instructor will help you get your bike set up so you can have a safe, secure, fun ride. Feel free to let them know any last minute questions before we turn the lights down and the music up.
What more do I need to do to prepare for my first ride?
Plan to guzzle water before, during, and after class & make sure you have a snack prior to arriving. These will help fuel your ride and help you to leave feeling exhilarated rather than exhausted.
