Why we’re doing this:

This summer, we’re shifting the pace.
Not because we’re slowing down—but because we’re tuning in.

The Summer of wellBEING is a 10-week journey designed to help you connect more deeply: to yourself, to your community, and to what matters most. It’s not about going harder—it’s about showing up more fully. Each week invites you to explore a new way of BEING, both on and off the bike.

Dates

  • Week 1: June 3rd - June 9th 

  • Week 2: June 10th - June 16th 

  • Week 3; June 17th - June 23rd

  • Week 4: June 24th - June 30th 

  • Week 5: July 1st - July 7th

  • Week 6: July 8th - July 14th 

  • Week 7: July 15th - July 21st

  • Week 8: July 22nd - July 28th 

  • Week 9: July 29th - August 4th

  • Week 10: August 5th - August 11th

 

How it Works:

Each week, you’ll explore one BEING theme—like BEINGpresent or BEINGkind. For each theme, you’ll complete 3 types of actions:

1. CONNECT

One action each week to help you connect—with yourself, another Rider, or your community. These will be simple but meaningful. Sometimes internal, sometimes shared.

2. MOVE

Keep riding! Each week includes 6 Ride squares—3 of them with special prompts (e.g., “ride in the morning,” “ride with a friend,” or “ride on a new bike”).

3. TRANSFORM

One journal prompt each week designed to help you reflect and integrate what’s happening in the Bike Room—and how it applies to your life beyond it. This is where the deeper work lives. Give it space.

Sign up and you’ll receive a wellBEING booklet to track your progress and reflections each week. Bring it with you, jot things down after class, or carve out time at home. There’s no “perfect” way to do this—just be honest, be curious, and be present.
