Booking Your Bike
In order to maintain social distancing best practices, we’re offering a limited number of bikes in The Bike Room. All bikes are spaced at least 6 feet apart.
Late Cancel and No Show policies will be strictly enforced.
If you’d like to switch your bike, please contact the studio.
Waitlisted Riders will be notified at least 1 hour before the Ride. If you’re on the waitlist and have not been notified, you may come to the studio up to 15 minutes before the Ride. Bikes will be released to waitlisted Riders exactly 2 minutes before the Ride begins in the order Riders are on the waitlist. No priority will be given to waitlisted Riders for early arrival.

Staff Screened Before Shift
Each team member will be screened prior to their shift for risk factors associated with COVID-19.

Check In
A face covering is required to enter the studio. If you don’t have one, we can provide one and charge your card on file $15. If you choose not to purchase one, you will not be allowed in the studio and you will be charged a $25 No Show fee.
When you get to the Front Desk Team Member at the computer, please provide your name, and they will check you in.
Please put your bike shoes on outside The Bike Room and leave your street shoes, cell phone, and any other personal items in a cubby. Please keep your mask on, completely covering your mouth and nose.
The water bottle filling station is available. Bottled water is available from the Front Desk Team for $3.

The Bike Room
The Bike Room will open 10 minutes prior to the Ride starting. If The Bike Room door isn’t open, please maintain at least 6’ of distance between you and other Riders.
Please leave your face covering on until you are clipped into your bike.When you get to your bike, you may hang your face covering from your handle bars after you’re clipped in.
Entry into The Bike Room is not allowed after the Ride has started.

★ ENJOY YOUR RIDE ★

If you must leave The Bike Room prior to the Ride ending, you will not be allowed to re-enter.
Following the Ride, please replace your face covering before leaving your bike. Please remove your shoes outside The Bike Room and place them on the front desk. Place used towels in the bins in the lobby.
Our team will thoroughly clean your bike, shoes, and weights with hospital grade disinfectant after your Ride.

Other Considerations
Restrooms: Restrooms are available. Showers are currently not in use.
Changing rooms: A changing room is available. Please lock the door while in use and leave the door open when you leave.
Amenities: High touch amenities are available in the lobby and bathrooms.
Retail: Retail can be purchased online or in the studio.
